- What you will be doing:
2025 Q1 - 2025 Q3 plan:
1. Build and support continuous improvement initiatives with existing vendors
- Conducting formal performance reviews and driving supplier accountability.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensuring their alignment with business objectives and fostering valueaddedpartnerships.
2. Lead sourcing projects to identify/build up potential suppliers
- Evaluate Supplier’s capabilities and capacities holistically.
- Manage competitive procurement processes to drive value and manage costs.
- Provide final approval/ Not approval of new potential suppliers.
- Ensure on-boarding programs and build up potential suppliers are being followed.
- Ensure the alignment with suppliers capabilities and company merchandise plan
3. Participate in New Projects to elevate product performance per target category/Market
- Plan and ensure the project’s performance.
- Monitor the project’s progress, maintain the right resources used to achieve theproject per agreed timeline and budget.
- Lead communication to ensure targets and tasks are well followed.
- Solve all the conflicts between teams and cross functional teams.
- Make critical decisions once occurs.
- Build up plan B to corrective and preventive the non-conformance/risk occurs
4. Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end order management process to ensure key KPIs areachieved
- Timely procurement.
- Production scheduling and planning
- Order commitment/ forecast vs fill rate.

5. Oversee team performance on key metrics, including
- Turnkey product delivery tasks
- On-time performance
- Cost negotiations/targets

6. Drive process optimization and best practice sharing within the supply chain to
- Enhance overall efficiency.
- Initiatives across teams to ensure supplier’s performance
- Driving continuous improvement.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish transparency and alignment on sourcing needs, optimizing total cost and strategic initiatives. Ensure accountability across teams foragreed deliverables
2025-Q4 on ward:
1. Identify and assess supply chain risks
- Develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring minimal impact operations.
- Implement risk management processes iii.Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity
2. Accompany with CPO to drive the training and development program
- Annual training matrix and training plan following yearly focus/target.
- Build/enhance training materials.
- Conduct regular reviews.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance, develop and up-skilling team member’sperformance across the Departments.
II. Job requirements:
1. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience working with suppliers and partners in the apparel/fashion industry is a plus.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement projects and optimizing supply chain operations.
2. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CIPS) are preferred.
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in production management tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data for cost optimization, productivity enhancement, and process efficiency.
4. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in teams.
5. Leadership Skills:
- Ability to lead teams and inspire team members.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
